Both undo and text selection, two of the most core interaction features in any given OS are basically still broken in modern mobile OSes.
I’m still a bit unclear as to whether the built-in webviews provided by Windows will continue to be based on the engine underlying EdgeHTML or whether those APIs will be migrated to a Chromium-based webview. I hope they’re migrating the lot as a zombie web engine benefits nobody
Starting to suspect that the resentment many web devs seem to have towards non-Chrome browsers stems from a reliance on libraries and frameworks that are only tested in Chrome, maybe Safari if they’re lucky. So in their mind that translates to firefox = broken and edge = broken.
